PhotoWalkthrough
Learn about the tools and techniques for digital post-processing of photographs. Gain insight into the creative decisions made by photo artists. PhotoWalkthrough is a series of weekly free video downloads comprised of tutorials showing how a single image was created using a wide range of post-processing tools including Photoshop. By showing the image from start to finish, you get a good sense of the steps involved in making the image really pop.


PhotoWalkthrough is your own personal photography course. You can watch it in your leisure, on your computer, iPod, Apple TV or any other device that can play MP4 videos. You can even watch on your High Definition TV. Besides the videos and the wealth of information on the PhotoWalkthrough Website, at the end of each episode there is an assignment and the following week the best viewer submissions are shared. You have the opportunity to get involved yourself and submit your work for review on the show. Take it at your own pace and get involved as much as you'd like.


You don't need high-end photography equipment or tech gadget to make great pictures. Even if you don't have a digital photography camera or even access to image files for experimentation you can still learn the techniques and tools by watching this show. Of course, if you'd like to participate you will need a way to create your own images, but a simple point and shoot digital photography camera will suffice.
